How long is your standard delivery time?
Most orders leave our warehouse within 48 hours. Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order.

I need my order urgently, can I pay for next day delivery?
If your order is urgent, please give us a call on 020 7730 2155. We will do our best to guarantee you receive it as quickly as possible.

I am ordering from outside the UK. How long do I need to wait to receive my order?
We aim to get your resources to you as quickly as we can. Please allow 10 to 14 working days for delivery. 

I am ordering within the UK, but ordering non-English resources. Does this alter the delivery time.
Yes, it does. Booklets in foreign languages will be distributed from our Polish office so please allow 10 to 14 working days.

I live in London. Can I come by and collect my items instead of getting them delivered?
Our English resources are distributed from a warehouse so this is not possible.

How can I make a donation after placing an order?

I've just realised that I don't need all the booklets I ordered. What should I do with them?
If you have received more booklets than you can use, you can donate them to another mission or use the free returns facility to send them back to us (you'll find this in your order box). 

What is the maximum number of booklets I can order at any one time?
We love being able to freely resource individuals, organisations and churches. For large orders over 100 booklets, please email us and we'll be in touch right away.
